DEMCO Rock Breakers Now With 3-Year Warranty

While our DEMCO range is made to break, it’s also definitely made not to break.

We’re so confident in the hard-working, built-to-last construction of this machinery that we’re now introducing a three-year warranty on all rock breakers.

DEMCO rock breakers have been operating in the New Zealand market now for over 15 years with such reliability we are so confident in their quality.

DEMCO premium hydraulic hammers will be supplied with a comprehensive 36-month warranty from invoice date.

This applies to all new hydraulic rock breakers sold new by Earthworm after 1^st October 2025. These models are on our website under the Premium Hydraulic Rock Breakers page.

As with all warranties, terms and conditions apply and the original warranty statement form the operator manual applies.

DEMCO Standard Warranty Policy

1. Installation Card

After installing the breaker on base machine, the installation card must be filled and performed of its instruction (operating pressure, oil flow, relief pressure, back pressure etc.) The filled installation card must be returned our factory, otherwise warranty claims shall not be carried out accordingly.

2. Warranty Policy

DEMCO warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 36 months or 1000 working hours, (which comes first) from the date of installation.

2.1. The warranty includes main parts such as, main body, housing assembly, valve housing assembly, piston, cylinder, side rods.

2.2. Wear parts such as tools (moil, chisel, blunt, tamper), thrust ring, upper bushing, tool bushings, lock pins, tool pins, hoses, seal kits, hose adapters and accessories are excluded from any and all warranties.

2.3. This warranty will become void if,

(a) replacement parts not manufactured by DEMCO are used.

(b) Nonstandard length tools are used.
