TEBCO is fast making a name as the hard rock auger of choice for New Zealand drillers.

Core Barrels can excel where conventional augers and hammers fail. Their success in breaking up rock and clay is due to much sharper and harder teeth while a high pressure cutting action produces a clean and straight borehole. Cutting through very hard, compact formations is also possible due to the barrel’s crushing ability as it drills through.
