- Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If you need to return an item within this date, please first email sales@earthworm.co.nz as soon as possible.
- Procured parts are non-returnable.
- All returns must be sent back to Earthworm with shipping prepaid.
- If an item is faulty on arrival, or the wrong item has been sent, return shipping cost will be paid by Earthworm. You will be sent a return courier label to download and attach to the return.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival you must contact Earthworm as soon as possible upon receiving your item. Please email Earthworm a photo that clearly shows the product’s damage. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
- Upon receipt by Earthworm of the item in an unused and undamaged condition the proper credit will be issued.
- Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. The restocking fee also applies to refused shipments.
- Earthworm has the right to refuse to issue a credit for product returns that are not received in an unused or undamaged condition.
- Refunds will be processed via the method of payment. Credit cards will incur processing fee deductions on refunds. Bank clearance times vary and there may be a delay before funds appear in your account.
